Jemar Lake Fly-in Outpost Camp

Jemar Lake is a one room cabin, sleeping 4, with hot and cold running water and shower with propane lights and the only cabin on the lake. All outposts are fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, utensils, stove-top coffee makers and wood burning stoves for heat.

As a smaller lake (3.5 miles long and a .5 mile wide), Jemar is easy to fish and perfect for relaxation on a smaller budget.

You will find some rocky shoreline along with a couple of beaches and weedy bays in Jemar Lake. There is a small creek on the southeast end of the lake near the cabin, called Jemar Creek, with the Drowning River on the North end of the lake. Both of these locations have fantastic walleye fishing.

If pike is what you seek, any of the weedy bays will be your best friend.

In terms of lake depth, Jemar is a shallower lake to fish, averaging 15-20 feet.

The average size walleye is 17" with many in the 20" range. Average Northern Pike size is approximately 38".
