Well once again, we had a wonderful holiday at The Kag. Along with Ron and Esther from Wisconsin, we brought out the sun (boy oh boy did we). Fishing was great and caught a lot along with several pike while fishing for walleye. Because of easy going around the area, there was really no place that we could not fish this year and there were days when the lake itself was like a mill pond. The Kag has never looked better. The grounds neat, groomed and clean. Derrick, Dale and the rest of the crew work very hard to maintain the quality that surrounds the camp, as well as being attentive to the needs of the guests. We got a new "roof" this year on #1 and enjoyed being part of the construction work. Derrick you are the best!!!! Stay with us for a long time. Blessings to everyone for the coming holiday season.

We just returned from Kag and had another awesome trip. We've been going to Kag for probably 22 years now. We averaged close to 100 fish per day between two boats. The average walleye was 19 to 20 inches with many over 22". The Northern were hitting pretty frequently with the average at about 30". If you want to be comfortable but still have great fishing Kag's perfect. The staff with Derek, Dale, Mark, Rianne and Taeylor were just great and very hospitable. The camp fish fry on Tuesday night is not to be missed. The food was delicious. I celebrated the BIG 60 and the staff decorated our cabin an even baked me a birthday cake. How cool is that? Plus we had a pizza party on Friday courtesy of the Gonnella boys. We've already booked next year. Hope to see you there. Louie and the Kag Jags

Hi there, we are thinking of going to washi next year and was wondering if anyone that has been there could fill us in on the fishing and the cabin.

Well I celebrated my 40th and 50th birthdays at Kag and this year will celebrate my 60th birthday. What better gift to give myself than a week at Kag? The staff is great from the dock in Nakina to the Kag Crew. The fishing is the best not to mention the accomodations. We'll be back August 16th to our favorite fishing spot. Thank God for letting me survive another year of work so that I can get back to Kag....Louie

Just wondering how the border crossing at Pidgeon Falls has been. Anyone have much trouble? What about the wait times? Thanks for any info.
